I have two LingQ accounts. I intended to pay for the subscription for account email@example.com. However, I accidentally pay for the subscription for account firstname.lastname@example.org. Most of my progress is under the former account. Could you help me process a refund for email@example.com? Of course, if you can just transfer my subscription to firstname.lastname@example.org, it will be even better.
