I hope you are doing well. I am writing regarding my Premium membership, which I purchased on 29 November 2025 for a 12-month period. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations, and I have used the membership for less than one week.

Considering the very limited usage and the early stage of my subscription, I kindly request a refund for this purchase. I would appreciate it if you could guide me through the process or initiate the refund on your end.
