I am writing to address an issue regarding an automatic charge that was made to my account on November 8, 2023. It was to my understanding that I had canceled my membership subscription, and as such, I have not been utilizing the LingQ services recently.

Despite my previous cancellation, it appears that the subscription was renewed, and the mentioned amount was deducted from my account. This transaction was not intended, and I would like to request a refund for this charge.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could confirm the cancellation of my subscription to prevent any future charges. Furthermore, I kindly request the initiation of a refund process for the recent transaction.
