How can we report a user/spammer. e.g. a non-genuine individual.

This is obviously one of those scams where you email them and they try to get you to send them money etc. It’s happened before to a friend of mine who actually fell for this scam.
What can we do in cases like this as there is no button for reporting spam or scams.
