Reloading changes what is displayed and should have been there initially

I was seeing this:

Зрадів displayed at level 1 without definition in the dictionary and not highlighted in yellow in the text hitself.

Same page just reloaded:

Now I have a definition for Зрадів and it’s now a level 5 word.
Also please check last paragrah. 3 words are now in blue. They were not blue in the first screenshot.

It looks like page is correctly displayed only if we load it twice.
