I was planning on cancelling this next month of premium and even set a reminder on my mobile. However I must have done something wrong because I wasn’t reminded at all. Anyway, I rushed to cancel my subscription but it has already been paid. I downgraded immediately afterwards.
Is it possible to get a refund for this one month I won’t be using? I used LingQ to prepare for a test and won’t be needed anymore. A refund would be much appreciated.
