Refund and cancel request

I would like to cancel my subscription and request a full refund.

When trying out the Japanese lessons in the free version I ran into a few instances where a word or kanji was pronounced differently than how it should be pronounced in the context of the sentence. I was hoping this was a fluke but the first two lessons I continued today, after paying for premium, both had this issue. This is very confusing and a total deal breaker for me.
