Just had my reciept from lingq for payment and a few minutes later I get an email from lingq support titled 'item number # notification of payment received from (my email). The email simply started Hi, followed by a generic thank you for contacting us, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
This happen to anyone else as I hadn’t contacted support or expected a reciept like that
Do you have auto-reply enabled on your email? If so, when you received payment confirmation your auto-reply got sent to support automatically, which then triggered our auto-reply that you received.
no, I don’t have auto-reply on.
Strange, we will look into it. You can ignore the email you received.
