Question: Link to lessons with a referal code?

I do a lot of advertisement for LingQ (because I think it is worth it). Often I add Links to lessons to my blog articles or Youtube videos. Such a link looks like the following link for example:

Is it possible to include the referal code in the lesson link? I’m curious if my blog articles have any effect. If people use the lesson link I’ll have no idea that they give LingQ a try because of my articles on the web.

You see it in the number of users who use it…

No, that is no indicator. Users of a lesson could simply find it in the library. I’m interested in how many people find LingQ by reading my blogs, watching my videos, twitter or facebook etc.

Hi Vera,

We are able to see how many people come to the site through your links, but it’s not quite as simple to track people coming to a specific lesson page on the site. We can either see how many people visit the page of your collection or how many people are coming to any page on LingQ via your site. I’m not sure what goes in to creating a referral code, but I’d have to check with one of our developers before we implemented anything like that. Good to see that you’re thinking of better ways to spread the word

It would be nice to have a referral code you could add to all url’s you post, Vera, but we aren’t in a position to do that right now. However, it’s a good suggestion and something we will look into eventually,

Thank you for answering. Yes, I think this would be nice.
