Purchase a gift subscription for someone, but she did not receive any email gift certificate

It is extremely hard to reach LingQ support.

I purchases a annual gift subscription on 12/24 (and paid for via PayPal using my credit card, and got payment confirmation). However, the intended recipient never got an email about the gift, and isn’t upgraded when she logged in to her LingQ account.

I have been sending emails to support about this issue, but have not gotten a resolution to the issue (paid for subscription and not getting the gift certificate).

This has gone on for too long, and I am about to file a charge dispute. Please resolve.
