Problem (?) with exporting LingQs as Anki Files

Hi guys,
i just used the “Export all LingQs as Anki Files” for the very first time, so I’m not sure if this is a problem in fact.

The issue is, that I have not received the mail with the Anki Files yet.

  • Yes, it is the right mail, I also checked the spam folder and stuff.

I tried to export my LingQs only 15 minutes ago - does this feature simply take longer than this?

You did actually made a typo during registration with your email. I fixed that now. Can you please give it another try?
