I wanted to pay for the 1 year offer that you have on your pricing page, however, I wanted to see whether this is still a monthly payment, or whether it is a one-off payment for the whole year?

6, 12 and 24 month membership are all billed in one payment. That is the reason why they are cheaper overall than monthly membership which costs $12.99 per month and is billed separately each month.
