i used a cuopon and upgraded my acount to a premium but it doesnt upgraded. what should i do?

Currently the offer is not intended for members who never plan on upgrading and just want Premium membership for free. You will need to enter payment information, but you can cancel at any time during your first month in order to prevent any payments from being attempted.
