I have just upgraded to the Plus member, but the points have not been added to the account.

How long does it take to reflect it?

Hi Yukiko,

i’m not sure why but when paying with PayPal, there is very often a delay in processing the payment. Your points allowance won’t be awarded until the payment has gone through. There is not much we can do about it but wait. It should be within the next few hours.
