Online create lingqs problem

为了更正确的说明，用汉语的，因为我用的平板电脑是步步高家教机，有安全上网设定的，还是用android mobile pad。用一般的电脑时，可以素描文章上的词汇，就出现create lingq的小窗户，现在就pad
的复制功能就出现，不能加lingqs ,该怎么办？
