On the vocabulary tab, trying to use filter locks the page up

The filter tab doesn’t appear or open when you right-click on the vocabulary website. So, you can’t filter the vocabulary, like picking a course, and it’s like the button is disabled. This needs to be fixed ASAP because it’s super annoying.
