New Portuguese Content

Dear LingQers!

I find it very rewarding to create (European) Portuguese content for your studies. As some of you might know, I have a blog where I “save” the content I create until I have the time to record it and upload it to LingQ’s library.
What I would like to know is what topics interest you the most. Until now my focus has been almost entirely (or entirely, as far as the blog is concerned) History. I can also create new content from newspapers’ articles, if you want me to.
I am looking forward to your answers, suggestions and feedback.

Caros utilizadores!

Aguardo ansiosamente as vossas respostas, sugestões e comentários.

David

David, I have been enjoying your content. I enjoy following events of everyday life such as your visit to Stockholm. I also enjoy learning about Portuguese culture. I am interested in history.

I have another idea. I recently ordered some Portuguese books from Mediabooks.pt. I discovered that some authors and books have their own websites like ตาราง คะแนน สด-australian open livescore-ฟุตบอล u19.

I wonder if some of these people would allow us to use their content, after all it is just publicity. That way you would only need to record it and copy the text. Of course this does not replace the more spontaneous content you create, but it does generate additional content of interest.

In addition if you or anyone knows of good podcasts we can use, please let us know. We need lots and lots of content!

David,

I would also find it interesting to read and listen to your views and comments based on newspaper articles, whether the subject is Portugal or world events. I think that would be of great interest.

In general, the easier the content, the shorter the article should be, aimed at beginner or intermediate learners (one minute or less) . The more difficult the language, the longer the text can be. 3-6 minutes or longer.

Thanks for the quick reply!
It’s great to know you enjoy the content.

I don’t know about these authors, but I’ve been thinking about asking the “Instituto Camões” if we can use their content. They have so many interesting things about Portugal. I honestly don’t believe they’d say no - after all, this institute exists for educational purposes. I think I’ll give it a try.

Regarding the podcasts, I don’t know any, which is a shame. But I’ll keep my eyes peeled.

I will try to create a few articles for the time being.

Thank you once again!

Here is a great source of podcasts.

I wrote once asking for transcripts but got no answer. It would be great if we could use their stuff. If there are no transcripts we could offer to transcribe some of them in exchange for them mentioning LingQ, but they are unlikely to agree I guess.

I have been listening to Coisas que acontecem, Economia dia a dia, and Pessoal e Transmissivel…excellent! But it would be better with transcripts.

I have also been enjoying Cafe do Brasil from our Library but would like more serious political, cultural and historical podcasts from Brazil as well. Any idea anyone?

I’ve just sent an e-mail to Tsf and Instituto Camões. Hopefully we will get an answer from at least one of them… I will let you know.

Infelizmente o Instituto Camões não nos deu permissão…

Só nos resta esperar pela resposta da TSF…
