New editor changes the order of the text pasted

Hi Dev Team,

The paste behavior is not working, it changes the order of the paragraphs when I’m pasting transcription of audios there.

If I have a text that has four paragraph, like 1 2 3 4, when I pasted it, it changes it to 3 2 1 4.

I’ve tried in the latest Firefox and Chromium, same behavior.
