Never Received Points

Earlier I upgraded my account to Basic. At the top of the page, before I finalized my purchase, it told me to enter a coupon code to receive 500 free points when I upgraded. I recall using this coupon code, however I never received those points. Did I do something wrong? Are they sent later?
