So 1 day before the end of my premium plan I pressed button “lower”. But in 1 day i noticed, that it didn’t downgrade, so it took me 10$ again. Why is my plan did not go down and how do I get $ 10?
@InfantryMan - I checked into this and didn’t see any attempts to cancel or downgrade before the next payment was made. Did you receive a confirmation email or notification when you tried downgrading?
Nope, but after second payment was made, I could cancel the subscription. So, I am not dissapointed, I have solved the problem.
