My account was downgraded after only a week

I just recently subscribed to the monthly lingq membership about a week ago, yet my account has been downgraded to a free account and it appears I have been charged twice. Any help would be appreciated

I checked your account and you weren’t charged at all for now. You have started a Free Trial on August 25th (you weren’t actually charged on that date, you can ignore what the transaction history shows) and your paid subscription was supposed to start on September 1st. However looks like your September 1st payment is still on “Pending” and I assume that is the reason why your account dropped to Free level.
I see that you also send us an email now, so lets continue a conversation there and solve your problem.

Well, you can check on your credit card site to see if you were actually charged twice.
