Hello! I spent about two years as a premium user of the application between 2020 and 2022. I was learning English and especially French, where I had accumulated more than 20,000 words. I wanted to use the app again in 2025, but all the progress on my account was reset, which greatly discouraged me from returning to the app. Is there a way to fix this problem?
Your account with username juliocesar71 is a new account created in September 2025. What was the username on the account you used back in 2020?
The username account I really won’t remember… but I logged in with the same email address and all was reset. Even the statistics of all my membership payments are saved here
@juliocesar71 You can check the username under Settings > Account.
Also, we don’t save account data. If you’ve been inactive for a long period of time, your data and progress are removed. You need to activate the Vacation (data saving) plan in order to keep data saved on account if you plan to resubscribe later.
This really discouraged me from keeping going to the app. But anyway ty for let me know
