I’ve noticed an issue when importing lessons into my account. When a lesson upload fails, the minutes are still deducted from my monthly time and are not restored.
For example, if I try to upload a 60-minute lesson and the import fails, those 60 minutes are permanently taken from my monthly allowance, even though the lesson was never successfully imported.
is there a way to recover the lost minutes when an import fails?
