Are there any planned changes to the API ahead of the 5.0 release? I.e. will the current version be deprecated, kept as is, or modified in any way?

You asked this over 2 months ago and still no response. I haven’t been with the beta that long, but based on my unanswered posts, I have begun to feel like LingQ has abandoned the entire beta project. They still have a lot of bugs to fix, because so far my experience with the android beta is that it is not an improvement over the current version.
