I am having the same issues, or a variant thereof. Word (.docx) lose their paragraph breaks so text is in one big unreadable paragraph. Have to manually break materials.
This is a new problem, was doing fine until a few weeks ago.
Haven’t tried other filetypes, don’t suspect it will make a difference.
