Like iTalki but in person while traveling?

TLDR; can you think of a way to find local conversation tutors during travel in France?

I’m imagining a self styled immersion trip to France next year where I would stay in a little apartment for a couple weeks and just do stuff. Tours conducted in French, cooking classes or wine classes in French, and just using the language during shopping or sightseeing or dining. I am planning to go somewhere with a friendly reputation, like Toulouse. I am about a B2 language level.

Now I have done my time in formal classes in the past and the idea of sitting in a classroom getting lessons and talking with other learners is not what I have in mind for this trip, even though I see plenty of options like that.

So what I would really like to do is find an informal conversation tutor or tutors to meet several times each week, meet up for coffee or some other public place for 30 or 60 minutes. They don’t have to be a pro teacher but I would pay for their time and any amount of feedback they want to give.

ITalki is a great model for what I am looking for but I would like it to be in person. Does anyone have a suggestion about how I would go about finding this? Here at home I have ways to find people local and iTalki works too, but while I am traveling, not sure!
