I think I know the answer to this, but is the lifetime subscription one language at a time, or one language full stop? So, if I decide to move on from French in two year’s time can I request to switch to another language (accepting I’d lose everything in the app from my French), or will I need to buy another subscription?
If it is one language without being able to switch, please could my subscription be cancelled and refunded? I bought it today so hopefully that’s ok.
@KatyDwellApp Once you purchase a Lifetime plan for a language, you have unlimited access to that language for as long as you have LingQ account, but you can’t switch to other language later. I refunded your payment.
