I’d like to know, what does Moses of FLR mean when he talks about:
“levelling up”

In some computer games, you have ‘levels’. When you perform actions, you gain more points which go towards raising your level. As you go up, you get stronger.
So, he’s ‘levelling up’ his language skills. 
That make sense?
Does that mean he’s doing that by actually talking to people, though ?

Well, every time I’ve heard him use it - it’s in the context of getting out there and talking with people.
