Let's decide on error categories for writing, in all of our languages

Hmm

Not really. I am fine with the ones we have. In fact you could subsume “verb form” under “word form” in my opinion. But leaving it in is not an issue for me. I usually put more effort into the writing report.

I would like to finalize these categories. Please have a look a the language that interests you and comment. We are going to go with English only for the categories for now.

A great improvement! I completely agree with Spanish categories (as Berta said, gender was really a must)!!

English looks fine, but I thought spelling would be left up to the spell checker. Anyway, keeping it on wouldn’t hurt.

I see that verb aspect appears by mistake in the German list. I put that there to see if anyone was paying attention. -:))

A spellchecker won’t pick up homophones, although I don’t usually correct ordinary spelling mistakes (just add a suggestion to use a spellchecker).

By the way, how do you spell spell-checker?

I noticed that this week the list of error categories for Russian was changed. I really like it!
But there is still the “Article” error :))
