Lesson report problem

I sent a lesson report to my student and I’m quite sure I filled it all out correctly and did not tick the ‘student did not show’ box. However, the student received a ‘Conversation missed’ e-mail.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I have not had it happen to me, either as a learner or as a tutor, at least to my knowledge.

I never had this problem. Did you saved the report before you sent it?

I think that as with many problems that occur, at least to me, with computer programs, it could be an issue of familiarity with the system. Let us know if the problem persists.
