Found this podcast on itunes. Haven’t listened to it myself but you may find it interesting. Outspoken engineer/university professor Kunihiko Takeda speaks about science, politics and other current affairs.
It’s very rare to find quality audio with transcripts online in my experience.

Thanks for your help, I’ll check them out. I totally agree, finding good transcripts is super difficult.
