Japanese LingQ Quick import file won’t open on iPad app

I’m using Japanese LingQ on iPad app. I imported some articles from web pages, but the quick import file doesn’t open on app. English and Spanish LingQ‘s quick import files do open on app. Only Japanese not.

Sorry to hear that. What happens when you try to open it?

The app simply shuts down when I try to open it.

Thanks. A few more questions.
What happens if you try to open same lessons on the website version? If you are able to access them on the web, can you take a screenshot of a lesson and send it over to support(at)lingq.com? Our iOS developer will then investigate it further. Thanks!

I can open the Quick Import File on the website version. I will take a screenshot of it and send it to the support, then. Thank you!
