Issues with Playlist

When importing lessons, the audio works in the “My Lessons” tab but when added to “Playlist”, they don’t work on the desktop version and appeared grayed out in the app and not accessible. I prefer using the “Playlist” tab rather than “My Lessons” tab because I’m in a 90 day challenge and want all of my listening time to count towards my overall goal. Does anyone know the fix to this? This happens when using both URL links to content and uploaded audios.
