Sometimes I get a feeling a LingQ in the text (yellow marked) has not be added by me. Is this possible the “system” adds LingQ´s automatically? Probably I have forgot I added the LingQ, but want to confirm that.

Good question! I have often asked myself the same thing. But I have quite an unreliable memory… 
yes, there is a feature in the settings: “Auto LingQ creation”. Maybe you have it ON.
Yes, I had, but I hadn’t noticed this setting before.
@MarkSiip Under Settings > Reader you can find a various options regarding behavior of reader. Make sure to check what you need and disable/enable activities based on your preference.
