Is there a setting to make the MultiChoice quiz test L1 instead of L2?

What I mean is, can I reverse the test so that instead of asking me to choose the right answer for hombre, say, (meal, man, doll, fan), it can ask me to choose the right answer for “man” (comida, hombre, muñeca, abanico)?

@donhamiltontx - Currently the multiple choice shows the term then requires you to choose a hint. Perhaps in the future we can expand it to allow more customization.
