iPhone app - no SRS functionality

Could someone please look into the SRS for flashcards on the app (iPhone)? When I add a new word, it only shows up the first day, and I never see it again. There is no SRS functionality.

I had been going back and forth with Tiago for a few months last year, and he had forwarded this issue to the team in September but still not resolved.

I also emailed support@lingq.com on June 19th with no response.

I’ve cleared all filters and tried re-installing the app but it didn’t work.

Can you please post a screenshot of your SRS review tab from the app? Thanks.

Thanks. Are you sure you haven’t marked words as Known in the meantime (checkmarked them)?

When I add a Lingq, I review the flashcards a few times and then click on “Known” because otherwise it gives me the same flashcards many times in one session.

Maybe that was the issue? If I want a flashcard to show up in SRS, I should not click “Known”?
