next step I was unable to download

please advise

I was creating my account
I had received the code 6 digit no by voicemail
And pressed next which produced new screen saying something or other was not possible on iPad

@birdgo - Hmm, that doesn’t sound like anything from our system. We don’t have any sort of verification process when creating an account. Perhaps you were installing another app or signing up for another service?
