Does anyone know how to avoid getting message 'internal error" when doing a search for lessons or courses?
In the last few days, I have been getting a lot of these,both when I search for audio portions of a certain length and when I search for lessons or courses of advanced 1 or advanced 2 levels.
@JohnR1948 - If you can give us specific steps or filter combinations that consistently cause this that would be very helpful in getting these issues sorted out. You can post them here on this thread. Thanks!
There are a number of combinations that cause this.
For example, I just did a search with the filters:
New, Taken, Private, Shared
Level Advanced 2
Audio duration 10:00 -20:00
It seems to be the audio duration box that causes the internal error message to pop up today. Two days ago, however, I did not get an internal message, and yesterday, I got it sporadically.
Seems to be related to the audio duration filter. We’ll look into this!
