Internal error while trying to downgrade my account

Hello,

I am trying to downgrade my account to a free account, but having problems with the site. After, manually, deleting all of my imported lessons I am constantly getting an error message saying «Internal error» when I hit the downgrade button. Is there a way to verify that my account is downgraded?

@sindremoen - I checked into this and it looks like your subscription has successfully been canceled. You should receive an email confirming your subscription. This email also notes that your account will be downgraded at the end of your current billing cycle. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Thank you for your reply! I have now received the confirmation email and it looks like everything is ok now.

I have the exact same problem at the moment, been trying to downgrade for days…

@Italianoo - we are really sorry about that. I have just checked your account. Your membership has been cancelled in our payment system but the account has been updated properly. You should be fine now.
