Hi. I am in Australia, the Internet is working but the sound file on the lessons will not download so I cannot listen to it. Is there a temporary problem at your end?
There are some threads in the forum about issues with Firefox 13. I’ve changed the settings that Firefox doesn’t update automatically because of this problems. As far as I know it is a general problem of Firefox 13 and Flash. Try to go back to Firefox 12.
Actually a Safari and Ipad problem! No trouble with Firefox on my Macbookpro.
