Import fails on this one page but not on the other

Android beta V6.1.19

I tried importing those 2 similar pages from a news site I regularly use; the first URL failed repeatedly (see image below) and the second one succeeded.

SUCCESS: Mariana Mazzucato: “Los años de hegemonía de Estados Unidos han terminado, estamos viendo el final del Imperio Romano” | Economía | EL PAÍS
