I'm having problems to pay for Lingq

Every time I add a debt card as a payment method, I always get this messege: “card error. Your card was declined”. But as far as I know, there’s nothing wrong with my card.

So I’m also trying to pay through paypal. A paypal window pops up and requires me to add a card. I fill everything up and click add. But nothing heppens.
Is there any other payment method? Can anyone help me?
