The Problem: In the (YouTube) transcript panel, the currently spoken sentence (highlighted in bold white) is positioned at the top of the screen (see screenshot). Because it moves so quickly, missing a sentence requires constant manual scrolling to see what was just said.
The Solution: Auto-scroll the transcript so the active sentence stays vertically centered. This keeps the immediate context (the last few lines) visible directly above the current line.
