Blue birds in the spring represent hope and expectation. Shelter from the storm means safe and calm. After the hard time with each other like a storm, like winter, this man/woman hopes his/her ex has safe and calm time. Even more, he/she hopes his/her ex finds a new love.
It would be really hard for me to tell that to my ex, though. hahaha. Maybe that’s possible years later.
