Hi larrysheu and welcome,

If you want to have conversations in English with native people, I recommend you to sign up for conversations with tutors in English (see the menu Lessons - speak). Talking to tutors, you get a report with suggestions, mistakes during conversation, advice, … for every conversation you’ve signed up.
On the other hand, some people exchange languages. If you find people who want to learn Chinese, you can exchange Chinese for their English using Skype. But you won’t get any report, and often it’s difficult to find people who wants to do it.
