hello can anybody help me? it’s the first time i use this site and ,for example , when i click on the " Vocabulary " section , i can see four small sections : Cards, Cloze, Dictation , Multiple choice …the first 2 seem “unlocked” , but when i click on those …nothing happends

It seems you have just started and don’t have any words saved yet. As you work through a new lesson and add vocabulary words, “LingQs” they will be added to your vocabulary index. You can then use those flashcard tools to review them.
