I Can't Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my account but the system doesn’t accept my credit card or paypal account. I am from Turkey and it says something like “you can only buy things from your own country”. But I didn’t have any problems before when shopping online from a foreign website.

and I’m trying to downgrade, but there always appears internal error…

oh, sorry, I’ve got an email it’s done, probably Lingq will show I’m on basic until it expires

I haven’t heard of any issues from users in Turkey not being able to upgrade. When upgrading, be sure to fill in the upgrade form completely to ensure it goes through properly. If you run into any further issues with this let us know by contacting support (at) lingq.com.
