I finished my writing and now I am trying to submit my writing. When I push the ‘submit’ button the sign that says ‘‘you currently have 0 points in your account～You will need 629 more points to ～’’ appears. I got 1000 points before I tried to submit. It doesn’t seem to work at all. Please help! Thank you.

This might just be a caching issue. Did you try submitting the writing right after purchasing points?
About 5-10 minuets had passed after purchasing…
