I can't open whole collections - 500 Server Error

Each time when I try to open a whole collection by clicking on “show the collection” in the library, I get the message “500 - Server Error” and nothing else happens.

Did you make a new update (which doesn’t work up to now) or is there something wrong with my PC or the Internet Connection? :((
