I can't hold the conversation, my skype is broken

Hi !
Does someone could help me please?
Some minutes ago, I should have had a conversation in english as Tutor with Yanagimoto03. But my skype broke down. I put an mail on the wall of Yanagimoto03 but I afraid he or she is beginners in English. Does someone could translate on his/her wall in Japonese what I have already written in English, to be sure that he/she will have my apologize.

It would be very kind from you.

Now I have to fix my Skype.
